Fabian Erismann is the co-author of a new study addressing the management of mine tailings in underground mines. The study deals with a new method to manage the backfilling of mine tailings in underground mines in a more efficient and environmentally friendly way. It was presented and published together with a leading supplier to the mining industry and an engineering firm specializing in backfilling at this year’s 25th International Conference on Paste, Thickened and Filtered Tailings in Banff, Canada.
