Dr Pereshia Berlenbach

Pereshia studied molecular biology and dentistry at the University of Regensburg, and holds a doctorate in dentistry. She initially worked in private practice as a dentist and joined ERI in 2006, working on a part time basis until October 2011 when she joined full time. In 2018 she graduated with distinction from the triple accredited two year Executive MBA programme with the University of Strathclyde Business School at their Swiss Centre in Zurich. She was awarded the Dean’s commendation for her thesis on sustainability in the mining industry and won the prize for the top overall MBA student for the 2017/2018 academic year. In 2018, she attended the Antai Global Summer Programme at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University which focused on gaining deeper insight into business and culture in China. In 2020 she successfully completed the Business Sustainability Management course from the University of Cambridge and is the initiator of the Earth Sustainable Resources Fund. Pereshia currently serves on the Business Advisory Board of swisspeace.
